If I were a bartender or mixologist, I would create a drink called ‘Kiss the Blue.’ It would likely be made with Blue Curacao and have a slight bitter note, yet still be sweet—bittersweet, in fact. The drink is meant to evoke memories of the past, allowing one to ‘kiss the blue’ again when feeling nostalgic.
Maybe I’ll give it a try and try mix it. 😀
